Your full name and contact information
A brief description of the issue or concern

What Happens Next:
Acknowledgment – We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days.
Review – Your concerns will be reviewed by the attorney handling your matter or a supervising attorney.
Response – We aim to provide a written response within 15 business days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed of the status.
We take client feedback seriously and will work in good faith to resolve your concern. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate State Bar:
